STUDENT ACCOMMODATION - APPROVED
A privately owned and operated 250 bed student residence in close proximity to UNBC’s main campus. This concept project would have complimented and bolstered the student housing options available at UNBC while attracting and accommodating a diverse student demographic. Included in the project was approximately 10,000 sq.ft. of indoor amenity space for the residences and a landscaped south facing courtyard along with a small separate commercial component adjacent to the main building. The flexible commercial pavilion complimented the project by providing additional local amenities while providing small business opportunities on the site.
INDEPENDENT SENIOR’S LIVING RESIDENCE - Under Construction
A privately owned and operated 118 unit, full-service independent senior’s residence in close proximity to entertainment, shopping, walking trails and health facilities. This project will compliment and bolstered the senior’s housing options available in Prince George.
The residence will have extensive in-building facilities, including: formal and informal dining options; library; flex space; and fully finished office space for consultations and medical exams/reviews.
